The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
An approach to the religious formation of children. It is rooted in the Bible, the liturgy of the Church, and the educational principles of Maria Montessori. Children gather in an "Atrium," a room prepared for them, which contains simple yet beautiful materials that they use.

Contact & Registration
The Church of St. Patrick is always accepting new 3, 4, 5, & 6 year old children. Preschool Children are welcome to start any time of the year as this program is a hands-on 1:1 teaching model & not classroom style.
We currently offer 3 weekly Atrium sessions: Mondays, 4:00-5:30 PM for children entering Kindergarten (age 5), Wednesdays 4:00-5:30 PM for children who are in 1st grade & Thursdays
10:00-11:30 AM for children who are 3, 4, or 5 years old (not yet in kindergarten).
If you have a 1st grader and you wish for him/her to receive the Sacraments of First Eucharist and First Reconciliation, we need to get them started this year so he/she will be ready to prepare for the Sacraments in our Level II Atrium 2024-2025
