St. Helena's Men's Breakfast

• A Men's Breakfast will be held on Saturday, April 11, at 8:30 A.M.at St. Helena Catholic Church in Minneapolis -3204 E. 43rdStreet, Minneapolis, MN 55406. Guest speaker is Dr. Kevin Ferdinandt, Headmaster of St. Agnes Schools in St. Paul. The cost of the breakfast is $10. Complimentary tickets are available for those having difficulty in paying. Participants are also invited to attend the 8:00 A.M. Mass in church before the breakfast. Registrations should be made before 12:00 Noon on Friday, April 10, by calling 612-729-7321

 

St. Paul Seminary Course - The CI (Catechetical Institute): School of Discipleship: Registration Deadline April 1

• Join over 5,000 activated disciples and experience what it means to follow the Lord 24/7. The CI: School of Discipleship, taught by Jeff Cavins, will be held at St. Bartholomew in Wayzata on four Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.(April 7, 14, 21 &May 5).

      This four-week course includes a 40-Day Discipleship Challenge during the Easter Season and beyond, with 

       inspirational videos and a follow-up Activated Disciple evening seminar on July 7. The course, materials (The

How to Be a Real Man (and it’s not what you’ve been told): St. Thomas Academy - Event for Fathers and Sons:

• On Thursday, April 9, at 6:00 PM, Saint Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights) is proud to host Dr. RJ Snell from the renowned Witherspoon Institute for a talk that challenges the status quo: “How to Be a Real Man (and it’s not what you’ve been told).” The Fathers' Club Aquinas Experience is bringing Dr. Snell to campus because he is a leading expert on the "moral foundation" of life. Based in Princeton, NJ, he is a philosopher and author who specializes in helping people—especially young men—navigate the modern world with hope and integrity instead of just "going through the motions." This isn't just a lecture; it's an evening for fathers and sons to connect over a shared vision of what it means to lead a life of excellence. Adoration at the Capitol

Demontreville Jesuit Retreats Lake Elmo, MN

• Demontreville Jesuit Retreat Center is completing a $10 million renovation of all its guest houses. Last year 2,800 men completed a weekend retreat, including 412 first-time retreatants. These weekend retreats offer a time for quiet reflection, prayer, spiritual renewal, and consideration of how the Lord may be calling you.
